Your stores remember only what sold.

The till and the door counter see how many came in and how few bought. Everything that happened in between, and every visit that ended without a sale, is lost by closing time.

Add a 34-inch inseam to the straight and relaxed fits for Spring 27.

Customers keep asking for a length you don't cut, and most of them leave without buying.

Proposed. Waiting for a decision.

One visit, start to finish.

  1. See the floor.

The cameras you already have become a live, anonymous map. Weft knows who is browsing, who is being helped and who has been waiting too long.

Store floor from above: visitors tagged in yellow, reps in blue, and each visitor's path drawn from the door
  2. Flag what needs attention.

The Weft Floor app shows every rep what needs doing right now: a shopper left waiting, a queue at the till, an empty rack, a table to fold. One tap and it's taken.

The Weft Floor app on Jordan's phone listing four alerts beside the store: a visitor waiting at the denim wall, a queue at the till, an empty outerwear rail and a knitwear table to fold
  3. Hear the ask, with consent.

Reps tap to record a styling conversation. Speech becomes text, the audio is deleted, and each request becomes a row of structured demand.

A conversation at the denim wall, its transcript threaded into a demand record: straight fit, 32 long, in the range but not on hand
  4. Plan from demand.

Every week rolls up into store and conversation intelligence: layouts, staffing, markdowns and next season's line plan.

A conversation intelligence panel beside the denim wall: every request captured, why people bought or didn't, coaching, a survey and an insight for marketing

What needs attention, flagged live.

Weft Floor puts the whole store on every rep's phone: a shopper left waiting, a queue at the till with no one behind it, an empty rack, clothes left unfolded. A free rep takes it with one tap.

Questions

Do we need new cameras?

Weft is designed to work with the IP cameras most stores already have.

Is this facial recognition?

No. Weft tracks anonymous visits and never identifies a person.

What about recording laws?

Recording only starts when a rep taps record, after a spoken disclosure, with signage in store. We set this up state by state with your counsel.

What changes for our reps?

They get live alerts when a shopper is waiting, the till needs someone or a rack needs restocking, plus personal coaching from their conversations.

How soon do we see results?

The first demand report arrives two weeks after install.
